Emergency Services District No.4 is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. We serve Bexar County as a taxing entity to support your emergency services such as fire suppression and EMS first response service.

The Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 4 (ESD 4) will conduct a meeting at the ESD 4 Station 134, 28036 Boerne Stage Road, Boerne, TX 78006 on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 7:00 P.M to discuss the merger of the ESD 4 and Leon Springs Volunteer Fire Department to include the addition of full-time first responders.

Bexar County Precinct 3 Commissioner Moody and TxDOT will be hosting a public meeting on Tuesday May 7, 2024 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. The presentation will cover projected construction on FM 3351(Ralph Fair Rd.) in the Leon Springs area. Anyone wishing to attend can join us at the Bexar County Emergency Services District 4 firehouse (Station 134) located at 28036 Boerne Stage Rd, Boerne TX 78006.
